iMetabolic Shipping Process:

All iMeals To Go are packaged in food grade, thick walled Styrofoam containers. The meals are packed with a small amount of Styrofoam peanuts and dry ice to minimize movement and to maintain the appropriate degree of cold temperature.
All iMeals To Go are shipped by DHL, Ground and will leave our warehouse on either Monday or Tuesday of any given week. If you order on Wednesday-Sunday, the meals will not leave until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This is done to ensure that they do not sit in transit somewhere over a weekend and risk the quality of your order.
- All of our other products are packed and shipped Fedex. Products will leave our warehouse within 3 business days; if the item is in stock. If we are out of stock for any reason, we will notify you by email of the delay and again, once the order ships.
-We accept NO returns on any food related items.
-We will accept unopened, factory sealed supplements within 14 days of purchase when accompanied by receipt.
-We will accept all other items in original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase if dissatisfied for any
reason.
